Ashraf El Desoky is a highly experienced Project Controls professional with over 25 years of hands-on expertise in planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and programme governance across major telecommunications, infrastructure and capital investment programmes.
His project controls career began at Siemens AG Egypt where he developed foundational skills in schedule management and ERP reporting. This was elevated during 10 years at Norconsult/STC where he managed the full project controls function for STC's national FTTH rollout – the most complex telecom programme in the Kingdom.
