Ashraf El Desoky brings over 10 years of dedicated PMO leadership experience, with the flagship engagement being his decade-long support for Saudi Telecom Company (STC) through Norconsult – one of the largest telecom infrastructure programmes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
His PMO expertise encompasses programme governance framework design, KPI dashboard development, executive reporting, change control, risk management and the development of ERP systems for real-time programme visibility.
At Norconsult/STC, Ashraf developed a custom ERP tracking system using MS Access VBA and SQL that transformed programme data management and reporting for the entire STC fixed network team.

Planning & Scheduling
Master programme schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6. Baseline management and progress tracking for multi-year programmes.
